How do I cancel an order on paparazzi Closet?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
Only for Prepaid Order
- If you cancel your order before your product has been processed (by us), we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 2hrs of receiving the order.
You need to ship the Product within 3 working days , incase of delay we wont be in a position to consider in our exchange policy.
- Products to be returned in its original packaging only & new condition only along with original packing bags given, used Products won't be accepted.
- We will Provide you a Coupon Code for the same value of the product which is Returned or Exchanged, this can be redeemed in future for any purchase made on our Store from ‘New Arrivals’ category, Validity of the Coupon Code is 3 months.
- We do not give any Cash back incase you return the product.
- We Return & Exchange only once.
- All product that need to be exchanged/returned, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pickups.
- But generally if u still need us to do reverse pick up we will deduct Rs 100 from your store Credit.

It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your Store Credit as quickly as possible.
In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in term of store credit at the end of this 48 hour window.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
