Exchange and Return Policy
At Paparazzi Closet, each piece is carefully prepared with attention to quality. Please review our returns and exchange policy before placing your order.
Returns & Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as a Paparazzi Closet Credit Note. We do not offer monetary refunds under our standard policy, except where required by applicable law.
Credit notes are:

Valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Redeemable across all collections.

Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Exchanges
We offer one exchange per eligible item for size issues, damage or an incorrect product. Size exchanges depend on availability. If a replacement is unavailable, an approved return will be processed as a credit note, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Conditions

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

Include the original packaging, attached tags and any accompanying accessories.

For damaged or incorrect items, please provide clear photographs and an unboxing video to help us verify the issue. If a video is unavailable, contact support with the evidence you have.
Minor colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
How to Raise a Request
Email or WhatsApp our support team with your order number, the reason for your request and relevant photographs or videos.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please obtain approval before sending an item back. Returned items will be inspected before an exchange or credit note is processed.
Return Shipping
Customers bear return shipping costs for size or preference-related requests. Any applicable charges will be communicated before the return is arranged. For damaged or incorrect products, contact support so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
