At Paparazzi Closet, each piece is designed to reflect elevated style and thoughtful craftsmanship. To maintain the integrity of our collections, we follow a considered returns and exchange policy.

Returns & Store Credit

We do not offer monetary refunds.

Approved returns are issued as a Paparazzi Closet Credit Note, allowing you the flexibility to select another piece that you love.

* Valid for 3 months from the date of issue
* Redeemable across all collections
* Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the rare event that:

* You receive a damaged item, or
* An incorrect product has been delivered

To ensure a seamless resolution:

* Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging
* A clear unboxing video is required for verification.

Additional Information

* Variations in color or fit may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric characteristics, and are not considered defects
* Size exchanges are subject to availability
* All requests are reviewed by our team to ensure quality standards are upheld.
