Last updated: June 2026

At Paparazzi Closet, we respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when you browse our website, place an order or contact us.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.

• Order details, payment status and transaction references.

• Messages, photographs or videos you provide when requesting support, returns or exchanges.

• Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information and website activity.

Payment providers process the payment details needed to complete your transaction. The information available to us depends on the payment method and provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Confirm, process and deliver orders.

• Send order confirmations, tracking details and delivery updates through email, SMS or WhatsApp.

• Handle enquiries, exchanges, returns and credit notes.

• Maintain transaction records and meet applicable legal obligations.

• Help prevent fraud and protect our website.

• Understand website usage and improve your shopping experience.

Where we send promotional messages, we will obtain consent where required and provide a way to opt out.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share relevant information with service providers involved in operating our store and fulfilling your orders. These may include website hosting providers, payment processors, delivery partners and customer communication services.

We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests or investigate fraud.

Any analytics or advertising services used on our website must be reflected in our privacy disclosures and available consent settings.

4. Cookies & Website Activity

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support shopping functions, remember preferences and understand website activity.

You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie settings available on our website. Disabling certain cookies may affect functions such as your shopping cart or account login.

5. Marketing Preferences

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link, or contact us to request that promotional messages stop.

Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary communications about an order or an active support request.

6. Keeping Your Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling orders, resolving support requests, maintaining required records and meeting legal obligations.

Some transaction information may need to be retained after a deletion request. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised.

7. Information Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your Choices & Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing depends on it.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including any requirements to retain certain records.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may link to services operated by other organisations. Their handling of information is explained in their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
