Payment & Shipping Charges
Fully prepaid orders enjoy free shipping.

For partial-payment orders, a 30% advance payment is required to confirm your order, with the remaining 70% payable at the time of delivery. COD charges may apply to partial-payment orders and will be communicated before you place your order. Orders without an advance payment are not accepted.

Returns & Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as a Paparazzi Closet Credit Note. We do not offer monetary refunds under our standard policy, except where required by applicable law.

Credit notes are:

• Valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

• Redeemable across all collections.

• Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Exchanges

We offer one exchange per eligible item for size issues, damage or an incorrect product. Size exchanges depend on availability. If a replacement is unavailable, an approved return will be processed as a credit note, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Conditions

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

• Include the original packaging, attached tags and any accompanying accessories.

• For damaged or incorrect items, please provide clear photographs and an unboxing video to help us verify the issue. If a video is unavailable, contact support with the evidence you have.

Minor colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
